Marda Loop Braces Partners with Cybertronic PenguinZ to Build Bright Futures
At Marda Loop Braces, we’ve always believed that a great smile opens doors to new opportunities and builds confidence in young people. But we also know that confidence isn’t just about appearances—it’s about cultivating skills, exploring passions, and giving back to the community. That’s why we’re thrilled to support Cybertronic PenguinZ, a local Calgary robotics team made up of six incredible students, including two of our very own patients!
Our sponsorship will help the team continue to thrive as they tackle this year’s FIRST Tech Challenge, a global program with over 25,000 teams in more than 100 countries. With our support, the Cybertronic PenguinZ are building a custom robot that reflects their skills and passion. These young innovators are not only aiming to succeed in competition but are also leaders in social responsibility and bootstrapping; volunteering on the weekends, raising funds thru bottle drives and garage sales, and cycling to raise over $1,200 for charities like the Children’s Hospital and the Canadian Junior Science Fair on their own efforts.
